Statement of Purpose: The BGSU Women’s Center provides resources, support, and advocacy to women as they pursue their individual and collective goals. The Center serves as a gathering place, a resource center, and a meeting space for many independent campus organizations. It also provides volunteer and internship opportunities and keeps the community informed and educated regarding women’s issues. The Women’s Center houses The Transformation Project, an exciting and important project that provides programs and services aimed at reducing violence against women on campus. All students, alumni, staff or faculty members at BGSU and/or any members of their families are eligible for the services of The Transformation Project.
