Statement of Purpose: Women's pre-emptive strike for peace. We are a network of women striving for peace. We reject the color-coded terror alert system that the Bush Administration uses to squelch dissent and create an environment of fear and hatred. We are outraged that our government has rushed into an unjust war without exhausting all diplomatic measures. We are tired of our voices being ignored. So, we are going PINK! Pink is outrageous! Pink is bold! Pink will not be ignored! We are taking to the streets dressed in outrageous pink, the more outrageous the better! Join us in pink at all local demonstrations and vigils and let your hope show!
