Statement of Purpose: To promote public understanding of the disease of chemical dependency and mental illness and support for remedial action, by means of community leadership and appropriate legislation, with emphasis on education for the prevention of chemical dependency and mental illness, the rehabilitation of the chemically dependent and/or mentally ill individual and co-dependents, including family members. Expansion of services includes the development of safe, drug-free housing for recovering men and recovering women and their children. Therefore, the Center employs a multi-disciplinary treatment team who contribute to each patient's treatment and recovery.
