Ladyfest Ohio
Ladyfest Ohio is a year and a half long, woman-run project culminating in a four-day multi-arts program, featuring educational workshops, a variety of performances, visual arts and film/video screenings by women.This not-for-profit feminist arts and activism program is based in Columbus and scheduled for Memorial Day weekend of 2004. The festival is dedicated to promoting the artistic talents and political goals of ladies (past, present, and future). We refuse the separation between art and activism and aim to make our voices heard.
