Our mission focuses on the empowerment of women. The Center exists to help women define, experience and realize their own strength, power and ability. Helping women to identify and realize their personal and professional aspirations enhances everyone's lives. Therefore, in essence, the Women's Center's mission is to empower women for the benefit of all. Men are welcome to attend programs and use the resources of the Women's Center.

Our priorities for 2002-03 include: enhancing our resource collection, strengthening our collaborative work with the Women's Studies Program and increasing collaboration with campus diversity organizations.
